This payer has identified and resolved the issue which was causing various providers to not receive their institutional ERA files related to payer codes 66005/66006. Affected providers should expect to begin receiving these going forward. If you find that you are still not receiving these, please contact the support desk so that we can notify the payer.
Providers are reporting that they are missing ERA files for some of their BCBS IL Community Options and Medicare Advantage plans. This is a known issue with the payer and they’ve advised that providers post payments for using their EOBs until such time as the payer is able to identify the root cause and implement a fix.
