Please note that this issue is still being addressed internally. An Experian Health client support representative will reach out to those clients affected by the erroneous rejections and will work with them to explain what steps, if any, need to be taken to resubmit the affected claims.
Please be advised that due to an issue with one of our trading partners, many claims that were submitted after 7/19 received an erroneous rejection message as shown below.
“The Validator encountered an internal error”
To minimize the impact on providers, all affected claims have been identified by our clearinghouse and will be resubmitted. Please work with your client services support team to verify that all impacted claims have been resubmitted or if you have any questions.
