8:00 PM CT – The issue that started with Claim Scrubber is now impacting Contract Manager and other Applications. The Experian Health Technical teams are all fully engaged. No ETA for return to normal operations. Further updates will follow as more information is available.

7:40 PM CT – Claim Scrubber processing is currently unavailable. The Experian Health Technical teams are all fully engaged. No ETA for return to normal operations. Further updates will follow as more information is available.

6:42 PM CT – Claim Scrubber processing is still slow and in some cases interrupted. The Experian Health Technical teams are engaged. Further updates will follow as more information is available.

5:40 PM CT  – Claim Scrubber Real Time processing is currently intermittent. Experian Health Technical teams have been engaged and are working with highest priority.
