The Experian Health Engineering team is planning a maintenance window on the morning of Saturday, October 21, 2017 between 5:00a.m CT and 8:00a.m. CT. During this time period, you will be unable to access Contract Manager, Claim Scrubber, Patient Responsibility Pricer, and Payer Alerts. Each of these applications will be unavailable. Our Real-Time Scrubber and HL7 transaction processing will also be unable during this time. We have scheduled this maintenance period to reduce any impact this may cause and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
The Experian Health Engineering team is planning a maintenance window for very early Saturday, 10/21/17. This will impact Experian Health Contract Manager, Claim Scrubber, Patient Responsibility Pricer, and Payer Alerts. The applications will be unavailable and real time Scrubber and HL7 transactions unable to be processed during this period. The exact time of the maintenance is:

2:20 PM CT – Real Time connectivity may have been inaccessible for some clients from 1:55 PM CT to 2:00 PM CT. The issue has been resolved. Root cause analysis is underway.

Advanced Reports for Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber Delayed – 09.12.17 – ResolvedSeptember 5, 2017 9:04 am

12:20 PM CT 9.12.17 – Technical issues were resolved last night and all outstanding Advanced Report updates were completed overnight, with the final few updates completing by 10:00 am CT today. Root cause analysis is underway, but it is believed that the resolution steps taken will avoid a recurrence of this issue in the future. We appreciate your patiance and support during this challenging troubleshooting period.
12:30 PM CT 9.11.17 – Technical issues are still impacting some clients. When accessing Advanced Reports, impacted users will notice the report date and data are from either the week of 8/28/17 or the week of 9/4/17. Technical teams continue to work this issue as a top priority. Any updates or ETAs will be posted here.
3:00 PM CT 9.7.17 – Technical issues are still impacting some clients. When accessing Advanced Reports, impacted users will notice the report date and data are from the previous week. The data update for the UAT environment has been delayed, the new target is Thursday 8/31. All software updates have been completed, just the data update from production has been delayed.
Note: Any data changes made in the UAT environment between now and the data refresh on Thursday will be overwritten when the update is executed. The data used for the refresh will be production data from Thursday 8/24.

Backlog has processed and systems have returned to normal operations.
8.25.17 – 7:30 AM CT:
There were some technical issues overnight between 3:55 am and 6:15 am CT that has resulted in delayed Claim file and Encounter processing for some clients. The issue has been resolved and all processing ins back to normal operations.
All backlogged processing should complete over the next couple of hours.
We will update stats and ETA changes here.

Medicare System Delays – Claims and Remits
Description of Problem
The Medicare MACs have been experiencing latency issues with the Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) and the Multi-Carrier System (MCS). The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has been experiencing issues with connectivity.
What This Means to You
Receiving answers may be slow due to the system issues and timeouts may occur. The interactive voice response (IVR) system and NGSConnex may also be slower for you to access information.
8/23/2017: The MACs are working with system maintainers to resolve this issue.
