Order Manager Reported Printing Issue: 02.13.2018 – 11:37am CT ResolvedFebruary 6, 2018 12:12 pm
Last updated on February 16th, 2018 at 05:40 pm CT
[02.13.2018 @ 11:37am CT] At this time, all clients affected are working fine. We are still working to determine root cause.
[02.09.2018 @ 4:53pm CT] Our Support and Technical teams continue to work with a couple of clients that are still experiencing isolated issues. Our Technical team is working closely with the clients to rule out any client-side changes, as we cannot duplicate the issues within the application from our vantage point. Thanks for your patience as we narrow this down.
[02.08.2018 @ 4:15pm CT] Customer Support is still working with the remaining clients to determine their current status. A third client is now operational after defaulting to the browser plug-in. We will continue to update this post as we hear.
[02.07.2018 @ 3:55pm CT] Our Technical team made a change to default the PDF view preference to use the browser plug-in. However, if the user preference was previously set to pdf.js, that will need to be changed per user. A couple of our clients confirmed that they are currently working after this change, however, we are still working with a few other clients to determine their status. Our technical team is still trying to determine root cause, as the pdf.js has been in place for the last six months and was not a recent change. We will post more updates as they materialize. Thanks for your patience.
[02.06.2018 @ 4:50p.m. CT] We continue to notice intermittent printing issues, that may still be evident within Order Manager. Printing and viewing documents remains a critical intermittent issue, and maybe present in tandem, across all browser platforms. We continue to work on resolving this issue and will continue to post updates when available.
[02.06.2018 @ 12:10p.m. CT] Some of our OrderManager clients are experiencing printing issues within the Order Manager application. We are working to resolve this issue and will update this post as more information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
