Experian Health will perform a duplicate “rollover” of our Hi-Def Benefit Rules Servers on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, between 11:30p.m. and 12:30a.m. CT (Thursday, October 19). During this time, our Benefit Rules Servers will be offline. Please understand that this maintenance represents only a very limited number of our clients being affected, if any. However, in the event you experience potential transaction issues with Patient Estimates, Alerts, or Payer Content, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Welcome to Experian Health’s New Product Dashboard
On August 31, 2017, we completed the transition to our new product dashboard.
We want to encourage you to visit our new product dashboard on your mobile device and invite other team members and colleagues within your organization to subscribe. Our new product dashboard has the same URL Address as before. http://www.experianhealthproductdashboard.com/
Subscribing is Easy
Just visit our product dashboard (link below) and choose “Subscribe.” Enter the email address where you want to receive your notifications. Subscribing to our product dashboard provides you with near real-time information about our products, important announcements, maintenance, and upcoming release notes.

[08.24.2017] – Now Resolved
We would like to update you about issues we’re experiencing with our Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry responses. We have successfully implemented the fix. We are now returning the PCP effective date and IPA name in our benefits responses again.
Aetna has discovered issues resulting from their release on August 11. Their eligibility responses are missing the following:
- Primary Care Physician (PCP) Effective Date
- Independent Practice Association (IPA) name, for those providers/members who are associated with an IPA
These issues are affecting all benefits inquiry responses where a PCP is required and/or a provider/member is associated to an IPA. They’re working to correct these issues, and we’ll post updates as soon as we receive additional information.
