Resolved 6:00pm CT 9/11/17 = The issue has been resolved and users should no longer be receiving sporadic errors when clicking on QuickPay or the collection chevron within eCare Next.
Updated 5:20pm CT = We are still actively working on this issue and making progress. Will provide an update when there is more to share.
updated 2:20pm CT = This is not impacting all eCare Next payments. We are seeing valid approved payments coming from eCare Next so it is sporadic. We collected additional data and are working with the network team to determine if a particular server(s) are causing the issue and correct if so. We will provide more updates as we have them.
updated 12:40pm CT = The development team is still actively looking into this issue.
10:24am CT = We are current investigating reported “500 server errors” from clients trying to access the Collection Tab or QuickPay tab inside of eCare Next. Our teams are actively working to resolve this issue and will provide an update when we know more.
A work around is to process payments inside of OneSource through the Financial Services tab in the meantime.
