Processing Issues Update – 6.19.2017 @ 8:00am CT

[8:00am CT]  We have been monitoring system performance since we implemented our changes on 6.16 and 17.  As of Saturday morning at approximately 7:00am, real-time processing was stable.  We have continued to monitor throughout the weekend.  Our team is working on a root cause analysis that we will share with our customers.  Once again, we are very sorry for the significant disruption to your workflow!
