This maintenance event has been completed.
Experian Health will be performing maintenance on the legacy MPV Eligibility systems on Thursday night 1/18/18 from 9:00pm to Midnight.
The Eligibility Application including Real-Time and Batch processing will be unavailable during this time.
The Eligibility portions of Patient Responsibility Pricer requests will also be impacted during this time.
The time of this maintenance was selected to be off of core hours. We do apologize for nay inconvenience for your team members that are online at this time.

Both our systems operations team and our third-party vendor has identified the error. Unfortunately, a hotfix will be required to resolve the issue. To minimize customer impact, he hotfix will take place tonight at 7:00p.m. CT (Wednesday) and the anticipated downtime is expected to be less than a few minutes.

OrderChecker, OrderManager, and ScheduleManager. We are thoroughly investigating

Reports also indicate the same slowness related to our ClaimSource interface as well.
We have received reports of product and transaction slowness as related to our eCare Next and OneSource interfaces. 9:45 AM CT – The UAT environments are back online. Root case is being investigated.
The UAT environment for the Contract Manager Suite (Claim Scrubber, Contract Manager, Patient Responsibility Pricer, Payer Alerts) is currently off line. Technical teams are aware and working to restore connectivity ASAP. We do not have and ETA at this time and further updates will follow.

Cigna continues to have ERA processing delays affect the delivery of 835 files since 12/27/2017. As instructed by Cigna, a copy of the EOB associated with the missing ERA must accompany all research requests. As such, please be sure to provide Experian Health with a copy of the EOB when submitting requests, to allow us to obtain the missing ERA from the payer. Cigna continues to work toward a resolution to the issue and updates will be provided as they become available.
Please be advised that Cigna has identified a processing issue impacting some 835s from 12/27/2017. Cigna is working to resolve the issue. Updates will be provided as they are made available.

[8:10am CT 01.11.2018] Passport Authorizations processed the backlog late yesterday evening and is now processing normally.
[4:30pm CT] Our Technical team estimates that we should be processing normally in 3-4 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.
[10:14am CT] Our Technical team continues to work towards a resolution for the processing delays with Authorizations. We apologize for the inconvenience.
[09:05am CT] Passport Authorizations has a backlog of accounts that may cause users to experience a delay in receiving responses. There is currently no estimated time of resolution.

Currently the Medicare Eligibility Response is not returning the amounts used toward the PT, OT, or Speech therapy caps for 2018 dates of service. We have notified CMS of this issue and will provide updates as they are made available.
